During individual sessions you are given all our time and attention so that you can focus on you and your goals.

These sessions enable you to recover more quickly and assist you on your journey to become your best self. Focussing on your time spent away from the massage table often brings about the biggest change.

Using a combination of yoga, core conditioning and rehabilitative exercise, Debs creates fun and informative tuition.
