Our everyday movement patterns and lifestyles can often lead to areas of pain and dysfunction in the body.

Therapeutic massage uses a detailed approach to address these issues. First we go through a consultation, analysing your posture and movement and the nature of your discomfort/pain and then create a hands-on treatment plan.

Used in conjunction with prescriptive exercises for you to take home, therapeutic massage promotes freedom of movement and healthy living.

SPORTS MASSAGE HELPS PREVENT INJURIES, INCREASES RANGE OF MOVEMENT AND REDUCES RECOVERY TIME.

Regardless of the intensity and nature of your activity, sports massage can aid in injury prevention, increases range of movement and reduces recovery time so that you are free to go out and achieve your goals.

Pre-event massage: Kickstart your muscles with fast, warming strokes and dynamic stretches.

Post-event massage: Ease your body and mind, restore fatigued muscles, speed up recovery.

Maintenance massage: Depending on the stage of your training, maintenance massage combines a range of hands-on techniques, stretching/yoga exercises and specific strengthening work. 

Sessions are always customised so you not only get the treatment you need, but also the treatment you love and respond to the most.

PRENATAL MASSAGE SUPPORTS YOU AND YOUR BODY THROUGH YOUR PREGNANCY.

Prenatal massage is designed to support you through your second and third trimester of pregnancy.

Massage for two takes into account your changing body and shifting centre of gravity. Some of the benefits include improved circulation and reduced swelling and muscle tension.

For your comfort, we use side-lying techniques and support you with cushions and blankets.

1-2-1 MOVEMENT SESSIONS WHERE THE FOCUS IS SOLELY ON YOU AND YOUR GOALS.

During individual sessions you are given all our time and attention so that you can focus on you and your goals.

These sessions enable you to recover more quickly and assist you on your journey to become your best self. Focussing on your time spent away from the massage table often brings about the biggest change.

Using a combination of yoga, core conditioning and rehabilitative exercise, Debs creates fun and informative tuition.
